Dr. Frantz holds an electrical engineering degree and is licensed by the USPTO as a patent agent (non-attorney) to prepare, file, and respond to Examiner rejections for applicants in every state of the USA as well as foreign applicants for US patents.
Robert also holds a doctorate in mediation, a certificate in mediation under the rules of the World Intellectual Property Organization (a part of the United Nations), and a certificate in civil dispute mediation in the US state of Alabama.
